According to the Mayan Calendar, and the movie "2012" this 'apocolyptic' event will happen on December 21, 2012, on the winter solstice. Some people debate what will happen for the world to come to an end. Some say a super-volcano will explode while others say a zombie apocalypse. Well according to the Bible, a series of unfortunate events will occur, ultimately ending in death. As for why, people say its to punish all cleanse the world of all sinners.
